Picnic Run to Birregurra
This is another BYO everything event for a picnic at the Birregurra Central park (it’s the only one! (heh heh)).
Meet at the Shed (Clubrooms) at 10: 30am for a 11:00am departure.
We will travel to Birregurra via a Scenic Route through the Western Plains to the “Birra” or is it the “Gurra”. A trip of about 100km (62 miles)A map will be issued at the start .
The route back will be your choice.
At this stage MASKS are still required and a QR check is needed.
Lunch will be at the available tables (accommodating the Covid 10! ) and close to a playground (LOL if you like to use same) and council Toilets.
There are limited shops in the town, sadly some closed. The general store and café has coffee and some food . The picnic area also has gas BBQ’s for the adventurous.
The Weather will be OK, but cannot be guaranteed
We will require you to register prior to the event.
If more than 10 people register, we will split people into groups of 10, appoint a group leader for each group, we will travel in groups of 10, and have lunch in groups of 10 (sadly - sorry, can't do much about that).
